At Movement by Millette, all fitness levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required! Our mission is to bring a positive fitness experience to the community. Our classes are progressive, challenging, and fun, ensuring you'll always feel supported and motivated.

MVM Signature Classes

Discover the perfect balance of a fun, challenging, all-inclusive fitness experience. 

*Classes are recommended as barefoot fitness classes, or grippy socks unless otherwise indicated. Sneakers always welcome.

Barre Fit

Barre fitness is a fun and effective workout combining elements of ballet barre, pilates, sports conditioning, and yoga/stretching. *Barre improves strength and flexibility, increases muscle tone, and improves balance and posture.

Raise the Barre

The booty barre workout that you know and love with the twist of added cardio bursts! The perfect mix of muscle toning, postural strength work, and extra cardio intervals that are sure to drive up your heart rate! *Benefits include improved full body strength, improved joint mobility and muscle flexibility, elevated metabolism, and cardiovascular health.

Barre X

Lets get down to business! The "x-press" version of our signature barre fit class fusing fitness techniques from dance, pilates, and yoga. This class will challenge you in an effective 40 minute session. Get ready to pulse, shake, & burn. *Barre X will tone and define your whole body. Focus may vary from class to class.

Piloxing (HIIT)

Piloxing is a high intensity interval training class that mixes pilates, boxing, and dance. Blending power, speed, and agility of boxing with the stability and flexibility fundamentals. *This is a fun energetic class that includes cardio and muscle sculpting.

Core & Restore

A class focused on deep, intentional exercises that create a fire in the core and stretch the body through dynamic movements. *Primarily a mat based class.

Arms & Abs

Our signature barre inspired arms & abs without the "barre" component. A strength focused class designed to target various muscle groups with compound and alternating exercises. *Benefits include full body muscle strength and endurance. Sculpting & toning the upper body, and pilates based core exercises.
