New to Movement by Millette?

We can't wait to sweat with you! Here's what you need to know before your first class. 

-Show up on time. Doors will open 15 minutes before class. Give yourself adequate time so we can get you set-up and organized.

-Come ready to work- wear whatever you are comfortable in to workout: tights, shorts, sweats, t-shirts, tank, spandex, anything goes! 

-Footwear? Classes are encouraged to be "barefoot fitness" or grippy socks (bring your own or available for purchase) however running shoes are always an option.

-Hydrate! Bring a water bottle, be sure to hydrate before, during, and after class. Always listen to your body. 

-Take breaks and modifications when needed. The workout studio is a judgement free zone. You do you!

-No phones allowed in class! Please be respectful, put your phone on silent and please refrain from using it during class.

-Please notify your instructor of any injuries or health related concerns prior to class beginning.

-Clean up after yourself. Treat the space and equipment as if it was your own. All equipment must be cleaned and put away prior to leaving.

-Bring your own mat (Redvers location), all other equipment is supplied.

-All participants will be required to complete a waiver prior to their first class. Printed waivers available in studio or waivers can be found online here:
