Fall Fitness Class Schedule & Challenge

2 locations. 4 class sessions. More flexibility now than ever before, offering 60, 40 & 30 minute class options. Current class schedule running from September 8th to October 29th. *No class Oct 13. Challenge details posted below.

Mondays. 7-8pm. Redvers.

BARRE FIT. Located within Purity- Studio Room 9. 

Tuesdays. 6:30-7:10pm & 7:20-8pm. Carnduff.

BARRE X. Located within Zaanti- Studio.

Wednesdays. 5:05-5:35pm. Redvers.

Sweat Express- alternating classes between Raise the Barre and Arms & Abs. Located within Purity- Studio Room 9.

All classes are for everybody. No experience required.
